This year's retreat will be held at Gull Lake Retreat Centre.
The speaker is Beth Murray from Fresh Hope Counselling in Edmonton.
A quote from Beth Murray: "We live such disjointed lives -- often dismissing parts of ourselves, e.g. shutting down emotionally or only focusing on the body. The scope of the message is bringing awareness of how we are created as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual beings -- and how we find joy and completion in being intergrated."
Cost: $140/person (includes 5 meals, 2 snacks and lodging) and an additional $5/person if you are taking the bus.
