Clear your schedule on October 21st and register now for this incredible training day for all those involved in worship ministries! Hands & Hearts Worship Workshop will be a great one day workshop that will revive both your musical abilities and your soul. You will come away from this day enlivened and refreshed.
God described the psalmist David as a man after his own heart. David was a worshipper whose heart was turned towards God's purposes and will. David was also described as a person who lead God's people with a "true heart and skillful hands". What a great combination! At this workshop, you will be lead towards the strengthening of your heart and soul and the bolstering of the technical skills of your hands in worship.
Jon Buller is the executive director and founder of Hear the Music Ministries, a non-profit charitable organization that exists to gather and equip those involved in Worship and the Arts. Jon was also instrumental in establishing the Levite Summit Worship and Arts conference, an annual training event held in Kelowna, BC. As a Christian recording artist, he has received 2 GMA Covenant Awards, and been nominated for a Juno award. In 2014, his worship song SING HIS SONG, was named worship song of the year by praisecharts.com and winner of the Christian Song Competition. For the past 12 years, he was pastor of Worship and the Arts at Vernon Alliance church, and just recently returned to full time ministry with Hear the Music and the Levite Summit so that he can pursue his passion of leading and teaching about Worship and the Arts wherever he is called to do so.
Jeremy has been the Pastor of Discipleship at Vernon Alliance Church in BC for the last 5 years and was the Lead Pastor of Student Ministries and Young Adults for 7 years previous. He brings leadership to prayer ministry, home groups, and discipleship at VAC. He has a passion for followers of Christ to be fully alive in every way and to come into the fullness of the Spirit as we have been offered by Jesus. Jeremy will bring a powerful teaching on how to be increasingly and mightily used by God when you are involved in leadership, both in worship and in whatever area you feel that God has called you into. So much of this depends not on what we do on the stage, as much as what happens before we step on the stage. Our intimacy with and proximity to God affect our authority and ability to lead well.
