FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Quick Reference:

Where do I go when I arrive?

After heading through the main doors, you have a few easy options (a bit like a “choose your own adventure” book!).

1) Grab a drink: turn right and grab a complimentary coffee or a tea (specialty drinks are also available for purchase).
2) Check-In Your Kids: Head straight down the main corridor to check in or sign your kids up for kids ministry (children join us in the service first and head out for age-appropriate activities midway through; more information below).
3) Find a Seat: Head into one of the sanctuary doors, where our service begins at 10:15am.

Not sure where to go? Don’t worry! Look for someone with a nametag who will be glad to help you.

What should I wear?

You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to suits. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

What are the services like?

The services are usually 70-85 minutes long. We spend time singing worship songs, praying together, and hearing a practical, Bible-based message designed to help us follow Jesus in our everyday lives. Click here to get a sense of how the services might look before you arrive.

What about my kids?

We want you to know that three out of our four pastors have led children’s ministries in some capacity over the years, so when we tell you kids really matter to us, we mean it! When your kids check in, they’ll receive a secure sticker name tag.

We believe God’s church is made up of all ages, so we love to have our kids join us in the sanctuary for worship! Don’t worry about keeping everyone still and quiet; let your kids be kids, and focus your attention on God.

After the worship music, children are then invited to head to their classrooms, staffed by our wonderful volunteers (all of whom are police-checked and screened):

  • Nursery (Ages 0-2.5)

  • Toddler Room (ages 2.5-3)

  • Pre-K (Ages 4-5)

  • K2 (Kindergarten to Grade 2)

  • 35 (Grades 3-5).

What about parking?

We have lots of parking spaces available, and there’s space for you!

If you need an accessible parking space, you’ll find reserved stalls located at the south side of the building, directly to the left of the main entrance.
