Jesus - Lord Over Nature; Family Day Blessing

Here’s the Prayer of Blessing we used at the end of the service…

“O God, our heavenly Father, thank you that you care as deeply about our families as we do.

Today, we ask that you would bless this family. We pray that your presence would guard and lead them, giving them joy and peace. Bind them together with deep love, and give them the courage to apologize to one another when it is required and the grace to truly forgive. God, would you create something new within this family even this week.

Lord, draw near to their family members who are far away. Call them to yourself and protect them. Bring restoration where there has been separation.

Let your rich blessing rest on them, lead them in your good pathway, and grant them the desires of their hearts, that they might have hope in you for many good days ahead, and find rest with one another in your heavenly kingdom. In the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.”
